Hi,

if you are using one of the latest versions of Applications Servers from Wildfly, Payara or OpenLiberty you are already on Jakrata EE 10 - which is the recommended version. I would not use 8 or 9 for new projects.

JakartaEE is just an api, you may download it from eclipse[1] or maven[2], depending on your project.

As for the implementation you can seek information about that on the various vendor sites. As an example, tomee [3] has that information clearly stated on their download-page.
