• Introduction to Java Enterprise Edition (EE)
• Managing Scope in a Java Enterprise Edition Application
• Java Servlet Pages (JSPs)

If you do a search at www.udemy.com (https://www.udemy.com/courses/search/?q=jakarta+ee&src="">) you can also find quite a few.

I am not sure they are updated to the latest version, however. 

I also see Dmitri has sent you pointers from out jakarta.ee website - please see https://jakarta.ee/resources/.
