[incquery-dev] Project versions bumped

Hi all,

the project version number in both EMF-IncQuery and VIATRA has been updated, to 1.2 (0.12 for components with incubation dependencies) and 0.9, respectively; and corresponding maintenance branches were created for the last changes before release.

This means, feature development is open on the master branch; every feature that needs to be present in the upcoming release, needs to be backported.

If anyone notice any issue, report it (or even better, fix it :) ).
