[incquery-dev] psystem overview

Hi all,
I have started to put together a small docs on the psystem concepts.
The writeup is in an early phase and builds on my experiences with the
API while developing MPS-IncQuery.
It would be nice if Uzi/Gaben/others fill the missing contents
(constraints) or add additional sections.
I am also happy to enhance it further if you have additional comments.
