[incquery-dev] Generated project structure updated

Hi all,
TLDR: every existing IncQuery project needs to be updated in the latest master/CI builds of IncQuery. Use the updater from the pop-up menu.

As per a really old meeting, I finally resolved https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=430258. The issue was filled to allow integrating IncQuery in an environment, where log4j API is provided by a different plug-in, so they wanted to use it via ImportPackage declaration.
To support this, all existing IncQuery projects needed to be updated; in the master, new projects are created with an ImportPackage dependency to log4j; and the project updater component also updates this dependency as needed. In addition to that, I have merged the patch created by the original reporter.
