[incquery-dev] website update in preparation for M2

Hi all,

I have updated our websites, mainly focusing on the followings:

- http://eclipse.org/incquery/ (also sub-pages)
- http://projects.eclipse.org/projects/release/0.7.0-6
- http://incquery.net/blog/2013/02/emf-incquery-07m1-published
- some minor updates on and around http://incquery.net/incquery

I would appreciate some quick feedback before I send out the email
notification to our friends and industrial partners about the conclusion
of our migration to Eclipse.org.
