[incquery-dev] Examples repository changes

Hi,

as we talked about it in our last meeting, I re-organized our examples repository. The previous ci branch became master, the old master became maintenance-0.6.

There might be issues with the existing local branches - I suggest deleting them, and then re-creating them based on the remotes to avoid issues.

If anybody has any concrete issues, feel free to ask me.
