[incquery-dev] Major change in nsUri generation

Hi,
I think, I have managed to resolve the bugzilla issue https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=399832 about incorrectly generated globalEiqModel uris in case of nested packages referenced using an IncQuery generator model.
It seemed to be working, however, I would be glad that someone else can verify, I din't break something inadvertently.
Nothing should be changed, if an EPackage is loaded from the package registry; in case of single EPackages referred using the eiqgen mechanism the globalEiqModel files should also be unchanged (maybe some re-ordeering may happen on the file level). I asked Ábel and Balázs Grill directly to check the new resolution with multiple packages in the ticket, as both of them has presented some cases where the issue came forth.
