Next question: is it possible to use our "committer" privileges to somehow bypass Eclipse Community Forums moderation?

For instance, my reply to Joost's question is still waiting in the moderation pipeline it seems...

Dear developers,

I've finally discovered how to set up automatic email notifications for new IncQuery bugs. 

1) Go to your email preferences on BugZilla:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/userprefs.cgi?tab=email

2) On the bottom of the page, add

incquery.doc-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx

incquery.runtime-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx

incquery.tooling-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx

to the list of users you are watching.

3) Submit changes.
