[imp-dev] Missing CQ for Shrike 1.1.3

Greetings IMP project (CC Technology PMC)

I noticed today that the update site for IMP is distributing Shrike 
1.1.3. I can only find a CQ for version 1.1.0.

Our IP Policy requires that you create a CQ for each new version of any 
third-party library that you use. Please create a CQ for the new 
version. I hope that, based on the status of the project as 
incubation-conforming, you will be able to relatively quickly get 
parallel IP approval.
