[ide4edu-dev] Branding

I've taken a first pass at the branding. It's not quite right yet, but 
still should give you a sense for what a "product" might look like.

Pull the latest code from the repositories, including the "branding" 
plug-in, org.eclipse.ide4edu.branding.

Open the ide4edu.product file and click "Launch an Eclipse application" 
from the "Overview" page.

You should see a special splash screen, and it should open in the 
JavaLite perspective.
