[ice-dev] Commit rights for Anna Wojtowicz have been expired

Jay Billings has expired the commit rights for Anna Wojtowicz (awojtowicz).
 The reason for this change is:

Anna stopped working on ICE a month ago and expressed in person and by
email to Jay Jay Billings and by email to the EMO that she would like to be
removed as a committer on Eclipse ICE.

Anna is returning to graduate school in the Fall and spending the summer on
vacation. She is changing fields on her return to school and never expects
to work on Eclipse ICE, or any other Eclipse project, again. Thus I think
it is appropriate to remove her rights and grant her request.

Anna's contributions to Eclipse ICE were extremely significant and have
directly led to the success of the platform. Anna tirelessly worked to
support several different codes as part of the platform; to develop, test
and document the MOOSE tools in ICE; to make key infrastructure
enhancements to improve data structures, data management and to enable
real-time updates from external packages; to design and implement tools for
investigating different types of reactors; to manage the ICE wiki pages at
the Eclipse wiki; and to address bugs, regressions and omissions by the
rest of the team. She was integral in the development of the initial
contribution too. Her contribution has also been recognized in an SEA Award
from Oak Ridge National Laboratory. It is therefore with great pleasure
that I also nominate her to Committer Emeritus status for her outstanding
contribution.

To honor Anna's contributions to the project, Jay Billings has nominated
Anna for Committer Emeritus status.
