The ICE.ini file is in a different place on a Mac. You can find it under the ICE.app directory:

ICE/ICE.app/Contents/MacOS

I've got the installer pretty close to done, but have found something odd for Macs.  When you unzip the nightly there's not ICE.ini, which Taylor has also confirmed with his installation.  How would I go about setting the location of HDF Java without access to the ini?
