Also, to answer your second question, not immediately. There are some test data files that we can not release publicly. However, if you are doing development we can give them to you and then it will run to completion.

I don't know when the licensing review will be finished. I would think maybe a month or two? The Eclipse IP team is pretty busy though.

I am very interested in supporting you on this research proposal; I'll get you anything you need. Would you like to have a video chat sometime? We can probably help you make your determination very quickly. We may also be able to get you access to some data files and simulation codes so you can evaluate it better.
