The ant file in dev-tools now can configure two more target platforms:

- galileo-jee : can be used to build a target platform (based on theGalileo JEE package) where everything compiles.- galileo-jee-latests : includes the latest version of every Eclipsedependency and does not (currently) build, since there are API changesin EMF Compare and Buckminster.
