I think that's exactly what we want.

WTP is a prereq, so it must be installed already (relevant bundles should be automatically fetched by P2, but they are not enough for Enterprise development).

Regarding xerces... I have done a quick test on 3.5M5 and it seems like it is not present there, so we might consider bundling it.

In 3.4 everything seems to be right, but in 3.4.2 if shows the dialog

I solved it by making sure I have EMF and Webtools update sites
checked in the Manage repositories tab.
