No idea, but an option would be comparing the versions provided by  
Eclipse and RAD.

Which version of the eclipse resources bundle is RAD shipping? Does it  
match the one expected by our wtp integration? It might be worth  
checking also the version of the bundle containing org.eclipse.jem.*
