[iam-dev] New developer build published

I tried the updatesite using eclipse 3.4.1 sdk and I see all the 
features by category. I also see "uncategorized" category which contains 
all the features of IAM.

I did a quick test and I see no problem in any feature except wtp 
feature coz i'm using sdk :D.

By the way, uncategorized category is an eclipse bug. See
