[iam-dev] Progress on automated builds

This is a head up on automated build progress.

I've repackaged the old (there is a new 3.0.0-beta-1 available)  
embedder and published it on q4e. This packaging works with the PDE  
build system.

This means that you can checkout the pde-build project from trunk and  
have the org.eclipse.iam feature built from your local copy.

Next steps are:
a) checkout sources from svn using map files
b) build all the features
c) build update site and p2 metadata
