[iam-dev] Another IP reminder

The IP documentation usually talks about "code". This is a reminder  
that "code", in the IP context is "everything committed to cvs/svn",  
including images and other media.

So, when committing icons (or other media) to the project, make sure  
that you can commit them as EPL:
 - you authored them
 - they're available as part of the eclipse

If that's not the case, we need to request IP review (yes, also for  
icons).

(Note that this is only a reminder, there's been no IP issues related  
to images, so let's stay on the IP-safe path!)
