[iam-dev] Cleanup deprecations now.

I've noticed a fair amount of deprecated methods here and there.
Since IAM has undergone a name change, and packaging change, we should
remove those Deprecations now and not carry them over from the Q4E
days.

In fact, any change like this should be done now, as we have perfect
opportunity to do this now.
Later on it will be harder to clean up the code.
