The release 3.2 I1 iteration
is completed. Testing of Hyades using Hyades is progressing well. Now there is
a test results page posted to the Hyades project webpage. More tests are
planned to be added in 3.2 I2.
MG: Jolt award nomination
was submitted last week. Melanie submitted a proposal for a birds-of-feather
session for test and performance area.
EclipseCon: Currently two
TPTP related submissions are accepted. There is likelihood of more acceptances
of presentations related to TPTP. One of the criteria seems to be the number of
downloads of an Eclipse project to determine the number of slots that project
related presentations will get.
Updated Committer List: PMC
reviewed the updated committer list. Tyler
will communicate to EMO for ratification and then request CVS access from
Eclipse webmaster to all committers based on new committer matrix. Eclipse
Foundation has an updated process for committers. Tyler will forward the information to PMC.
Requirements Group:
Requirements and feature list prepared by RG will be converted into a XML file
(by Nellie) and posted to Hyades project webpage. Going forward, Mike/RG will
update the XML file based on the review of Bugzilla entries. The report is
derived (using a tool) and posted to webpage. XML to report generation is not
automatic and is controlled by RG.
Architecture Group: Harm
expects to use the requirements report in AG and then update Bugzilla entries.
Requirements XML file will not be modified by AG.
Planning Group: Once PG
commits features to a particular release, there is a field (?) in Bugzilla to
indicate the status.
OPEN: Tyler to follow up with Karla about
documenting the update to development process.
Next Planning Group meeting:
