2. Eclipse Marketing & PR meeting update
Events, PR opportunities etc. discussed in detail below.

3. Contact Reports / Call for Papers
Ian submitted the TPTP Jolt Award nomination for the group. The 
submissions will be examined by a judging panel who will contact us 
should TPTP make it into the final selection. There is no external 
voting process for this award.

4. Events
It would agreed that we should submit some ideas for poster sessions for 
the evening poster reception at EclipseCon. Ling suggested submitting a 
TPTP architecture poster. Other ideas and volunteers will be sought by 
emailing last year's poster concepts to hyades-dev. The deadline for all 
EclipseCon submissions is November 30th.
ACTION: Melanie to email hyades-dev for ideas for poster sessions for 
EclipseCon 2005.

5. PR 
Discussion regarding turning the EclipseCon presentations into articles 
that the group could publish.
ACTION: Melanie to raise this point with PMCs.

The next few meetings will be focused on the TPTP communications plan, 
developing key messages for target audiences, identifying opportunities 
for PR and other communications activities etc.
ACTION: ALL to bring communications ideas to next few meetings

Nothing to report

7. AOB
TPTP requirements process discussion. We are still aiming to pull 
together our suggested external market requirements by end of December. 
The group is encouraged to raise requirements in the next few meetings.
ACTION: ALL to identify market requirements, and where possible, back up 
the requirement with internal/external market research data.

Ling has again kindly provided the call-in details for the next few 
meetings. The Intel conferencing system is focused on security and 
automatically generates random bridge numbers and passcodes for each 
conference call request. If anyone else would like to propose using a 
different conference facility, please let the group know.

Next Thursday is Thanksgiving in the US, so it was decided to cancel the 
meeting and pick up again the following week (December 2nd). See below 
for call-in details.

N.B. The group is constituted in the same way as other TPTP development 
groups, and is respectful of Eclipse rules and regulations for meetings 
between Eclipse members. Also, with regard to operational activities 
covered by IP policy and anti-trust regulations, it is the duty of the 
lead committer to make group participants aware of these regulations. 
The group does not have a lead committer at this stage, however,
