MG: MG is working on a Jolt
award nomination. It is due end of this week. Eclipse Foundation will pay the
nomination fee. The nomination will for testing tools category. Melanie has
action to follow up with Marie Godfrey and Jim Saliba from CA about the
presentations and tutorials for CA World 2005.
Three TPTP related tutorials
are accepted - test, trace and monitor use cases. Need names of presenters by
end of today. Harm indicated that he will try to get names, but if not he will
be presenter. Paper presentations are still being deliberated. Acceptance
decisions expected next week. Melanie will submit a proposal for
birds-of-feather session at EclipseCon 2005.
New Committer List and
Structure: Harm indicated that he will send out an updated committer list and
matrix shortly to PMC. The changes are to identify components and not general
areas as was decided at the PMC meeting last Friday. Tyler will submit new
committer list for approval by EMO. In parallel, Harm will work on a
composition of architecture committee and propose it to PMC.
Next week, Architecture
group is expected to review requirements for 3.3 and 4.0. Requirements,
architecture and planning groups will work towards finalizing plans for review
at TPTP F2F meeting in December.

Opens:
Melanie reiterated the need
for more publications on TPTP. Ian Skerrett is prodding MG to get more articles
published.
TPTP Q4 F2F meeting will be
held in Lexington, MA during Mon 12/6 to Wed 12/8. Serge has offered to host
the meeting at their facilities.
