2) Minutes and matters arising

3) PMC and Eclipse interaction
TPTP Website:
ACTION: All to send any feedback on TPTP project website to
their marketing group rep or to Melanie.
EclipseCon: Ling indicated that she distributed a list of
tutorial topics and asked if the descriptions are sufficient.
Mike to solicit feedback on the proposal at the EclipseCon
program committee meeting this week. Ling to work with Harm
on owner names for proposed topics for EclipseCon tutorials
and papers.
Log4J contribution was proposed. The proposal was to contribute
them under CPL.
4) Operation of the current plan
5) Technical forward plan
ACTION: All to send feedback on themes & priorities for TPTP
and dependencies on other Eclipse projects to Mike by
Wednesday EOD.
Requirements Spec: Gathered requirements for TPTP projects,
especially covered requirements for agent infrastructure more
thoroughly than some other components such as UI. Requirements
are no yet assigned to individual projects and development
resources. Requirements becoming clear for 3.2 and 3.3
releases and some what hazy for beyond releases.
ACTION: Planning Group to take up the requirements for 3.2
and 3.3 and come up with a first draft of project plan.
We will need to have a special session of PMC meeting to
over plans for 3.2 and 3.3, likely Thursday 8am PDT.
6) Internal and external communication
Analyst Carl Zetie from Forrester is very active in the
general area of Eclipse and Hyades. Two other analysts
(Kerry and Mike). All needed to added to the distribution
list for any press releases we make.
Gartner Analyst (Cameroon Height): Intel is following up
and waiting to hear back from Gartner Analyst.
Press release for Hyades 3.1 release. Plan is to announce
at SW test & performance conference December 7-9.
ACTION: Marketing group to work with the new members about
a press release to announce details about their participation
in TPTP.
Don Ebright will attend MG meeting until a permanent designate
is assigned by Compuware.
ACTION: Don to obtain name of permanent designate from
Compuware to the TPTP Marketing and Communications Group.

Compuware to the TPTP Marketing and Communication Group]
