Eclipse is transitioning from licencing under CPL to EPL. Hyades/TPTP 
must do so too.  The minor release cycles on Eclipse and Hyades are not 
aligned which means that there is an opportunity to move Hyades before 
Eclipse (due Q1/2 next year).  This may have impact on downstream 
products, or on end-users if their organizations concern themselves from 
a legal dilligence perspective on their use of open source licences.

If anybody is concerned with this please articulate the requirements to 
this group or me directly.
