Folks looking at the 3.1 I2 defect backlog using

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/buglist.cgi?short_desc_type=allwordssubstr&short_desc=&product=Hyades&target_milestone=---&target_milestone=1.0.0&target_milestone=1.0.1&target_milestone=1.0.2&target_milestone=1.0.3&target_milestone=1.0.4&target_milestone=1.1.0&target_milestone=1.2.0&target_milestone=1.2.1&target_milestone=1.3.0&target_milestone=3.0+M10&target_milestone=3.0+M8&target_milestone=3.0+M9&target_milestone=3.0.1&target_milestone=3.0.2&target_milestone=3.1+i1&target_milestone=3.1+i2&long_desc_type=allwordssubstr&long_desc=&bug_file_loc_type=allwordssubstr&bug_file_loc=&keywords_type=allwords&keywords=&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_severity=blocker&bug_severity=critical&bug_severity=major&bug_severity=normal&bug_severity=minor&bug_severity=trivia! l&emailtype1=substring&email1=&emailtype2=substring&email2=&bugidtype=include&bug_id=&votes=&changedin=&chfieldfrom=&chfieldto=Now&chfieldvalue=&namedcmd=3.0+and+prior+targeted&newqueryname=3.1+and+prior+%2B+untargeted&tofooter=1&field0-0-0=noop&type0-0-0=noop&value0-0-0=&order=bugs.target_milestone,bugs.bug_severity%2Cbugs.target_milestone%2Cbugs.target_milestone%2Cbugs.bug_severity%2Cbugs.target_milestone%2Cbugs.creation_ts%2Cbugs.bug_severity%2Cbugs.creation_ts%2Cbugs.creation_ts%2Cbugs.bug_status%2Cbugs.target_milestone%2Cbugs.bug_severity%2Cbugs.priority%2C%20bugs.bug_severity

I see there are still ~ 60 defects targeted at 3.1. I had asked that all defects not going to be done in 3.1 be retargeted and reviewed with me. This leave ~ 130 for 3.2.
It seems the retargeting may have been at least partly done, but based on the plan we have 2 weeks of full testing and prioritized debugging. It is not clear to me how this can be contained, so I would like to discuss slipping entry of the test phase by 1 week and the impact of that. Basically this would mean a full week starting now to tackle the defect backlog to clear these 60+ defects thus giving us more stability before the final testing of 3.1.

Thanks for your time.
