Hyades 3.0.1
- TVT was completed last Friday (Aug 6)
- IES has reverted back to weekly (Thurs) builds; Hyades must drop to IES by Thurs mornings
- Today is final approval day; existing defects not approved for 3.0.1 today must be re-targeted beyond 3.0.1
- Committer leads confirmed that all approved 3.0.1 fixes will be in-hand & tested by EOD today
- Richard to ensure a Hyades build will occur overnight tonight to eclipse.org
- All to smoke test on Wednesday
- Hyades to drop to IES on Thursday morning
Hyades 3.1
- See project schedule on eclipse.org
- i1 fixes should be in by Aug 13 (i1 'test/fix' completion date); otherwise, re-target beyond i1
- i2 is currently in 'design' phase; Committer leads to triage all 3.1 i2 bugs to ensure they are containable in the four-week dev cycle
Hyades 3.0.2
- Atlantic products are planning for a follow-on to 3.0.1, but IES has not scheduled this yet; Rob to follow-up w/IES
- Do not open a 3.0.2 code stream yet
- How to decide what goes into HEAD (3.1) vs. 3.0.2?
- Harm: apply all fixes to HEAD
- If products open defects against 3.0.1, then apply fix to 3.0.2; if bug is duplicate to fix already planned for HEAD:
- Open a separate Bugzilla record for each
- Put the tags that mark the fix into the 3.0.2 bug record
