Rationale: Additional topics required to cover Hyades test documentation
including JUnit testing, Manual testing & Test deployment
                 This information is required for completeness to cover
available test features.
Risk: Low risk, new files will be added to org.eclipse.hyades.test.doc

64167 Update Agent Controller documentation
Rationale: Doc fix involves re-organizing the TOC to be based on
user-scenarios. This is required to make the navigation
in this plug-in consistent with all other Hyades doc plug-ins.
Risk: Low risk, affects 1 file in
org.eclipse.hyades.collection.framework.java.doc.user
Target Check-in: June 2nd

62137 Doc fixes required for Hyades Statistical Console docs
Rationale: Doc fixes including typos, inconsistent labelling between TOC
and topic titles.  Required for correctness & consistency.

org.eclipse.hyades.perfmon.doc.user
