[hyades-dev] Hyades Execution Meeting for Tuesday 5/11 - 3.0 launch test API addition

This meeting is at the normal 11 am
ET time today.
Also, the API change is for launching
tests, not deployment, as I incorrectly stated before. It is an additive
change, and doesn't break existing the existing API. The additional
API allows the invoker of a test to override the test's type as used by
the execution harness. This allows the caller to force the execution
harness to use a different set of execution components than the set that
would ordinarily be chosen by the execution harness.
