I’ve attached some introductory comments on how I see the DCE’s agent management working. I’m going to proceed with writing up a proposal for commands for this area, but I thought I’d throw this out for advance comments.

By the way, I’ve haven’t heard feedback from anyone except Richard about the other proposal.

We still need to finalize the message envelope and address the issues I raised in my previous proposal.
