the meeting minutes.

Performance Monitoring launch configuration:
Anthony has created a Perfmon Launch
configuration based on the StatCon editor. The information required by
the launch configuration is the hostname and the statcon file
Issues:
The launch configuration should be
editor agnostic, the only information required must be the hostname ( and
if possible, the set of options to be used when data is collected).
Anthony will work on updating the
existing launch configuration in such a way that the editor is not required.
He was concerned that there is not too much time to fix this in the M9
timeframe. He is trying to have it done by the end of the next week. 
Toronto team will provide any help
required to have the launch configuration integrated with the Profiling
Monitor view, Zahra and Curt are already working on this and have sent
few patches to Anthony.

Here are meeting minutes from notes
from Curt and myself.

Agenda

Test Navigator:
- Jerome walked through the Test Navigator
design.  It is used to display and/or edit the different items of
a test such as Test Suites.  
- New set of extension points for
adding content to test navigator, including new types, files, and other
objects.
- Navigator filtering for permanently
excluding items from the test navigator.

Perfmon Launching (demo by Neil/Anthony):
- New launch configuration for launching
a perfmon agent to replace editor.  
- (does not currently integrate with
profiling launch configurations. i.e., not possible to perfmon a host associated
with a profiling launch configuration by selecting a perfmon profiling
type under the profiling tab at this point in time)
- User no longer required to create
a statcon from the editor; one will be created via the new launch configuration.
- Statistical UI view to be used
instead of editor if possible.
- Still problems integrating with
profiling monitor (i.e. showing agent with correct status).
