[hyades-dev] Notes from Monday's calls

A couple of things from the calls this week.

1) on the committer call we confirmed that although a wide group of 
people (mainly from IBM with a few from Scapa) have commit rights to the 
CVS, they exercise those rights under the authority and oversight of one 
or other of those who attend the committer call as individual 
committers, namely Joe, Kent, Richard, Valentina, Harm and me.  Rob 
attends and owns the management of the plan, but doesn't have a 
committer role.  

2) on the management call there was some discussion of the relationship 
between the existing published behavioural pieces of the test model and 
the proposed BPEL choreography layer, with Harm driving towards 
retaining compatibility with historically-published models whilst 
providing a BPEL-based implementation, and avoiding introducing BPEL as 
an external behaviour.  There are subtle differences between this and 
the position outlined last week at the resolution point of my 
discussions on this group with Serge and Joe. Harm will summarize and 
post.

3) there was also some discussion about the use of the term Platform to 
describe this new layer.  This didn't lead to a specific suggested 
alternative but I am now proposing we refer to the new group as the 
Choreography group.  The first meeting will be concerned with educating, 
scoping and planning.  Antony will post an agenda.
