Hi, This is Joe. I want to install the Hyades on my old laptop with Windows Me 
Operating System. My question is : after add "Hyades Data Collection Engine".
I have to start the service. However, Windows me does not offer 
the "Administrative Tools" to add the service. Is it possible that Hyades can 
run on windows Me?
