[hyades-dev] Refactored datapool interfaces:

Attached are the latest proposed datapool
interfaces, refactored based on the action items from the Test Model meeting
two weeks ago.  I'd like to review these for approval in tomorrow's
execution team meeting, and also in Thursday's test model meeting.  If
you have an interest in Hyades datapool support, please review the interfaces,
and provide feedback either by attending one of the two reviews, or via
e-mail.

1.        Discuss
feedback on proposed Datapool API
        a.
       Add ability to get cells by DPLVariable
name from DPLRecord?
         
      i.        Agreed.
        b.
       Split API into separate execution and
create/edit interfaces?
         
      ii.        Agreed.
        c.
       Explicitly define a factory interface?
         
      iii.        Agreed.
