Re: [hudson-dev] pedestrian traffic lights with hudson

Hi Randolph,

Very interesting usage of Hudson. I added the detail to the wiki page

https://wiki.eclipse.org/Hudson-ci/use-cases/metamagix
(Feel free to update it)

Would you be interested in making the plugin and details of setup for other users.

Hello there,

we at metamagix ( http://www.metamagix.net ) started using hudson about a year ago, to check the sanity of our builds.
Since this time, build quality has been considerably improved.
But we were thinking about something more cool then bear lights to notify the development team about failed builds.
So we decided to implement a pedestrian traffic light and connect it to our hudson builds.
For triggering the lights we used netio4all power switch http://www.netio-products.com/de/produkt/netio4/

Here are some fotos to show you the setup.

Kind regards and have a nice day,

Randolph
