Hello,
It seems like you are asking a user question. In general this is a
developer mailing list.
I would say switch to "use 'svn update' as much as possible" in
check-out strategy.
This works for me, but it can be dangerous if someone is changing file
content in the
Workspace.
Furthermore have a look into the Hudson eclipse forum:

Each evening the workspace from jobs Hudson directory is cleaned up.
I would like to disable this option on order to keep the configuration
of the sonar-project.properties file included within workspace
directory.
Please could you provide a hint to do that.
