[hudson-dev] Update Sonar Runner installable tool JSON file

Hi,

Few months ago we updated the Sonar Hudson plugin so that Sonar Runner is now an installable tool. List of available versions of Sonar Runner is located here:
http://hudson-ci.org/updates/hudson.plugins.sonar.SonarRunnerInstaller.json

A new version of Sonar Runner has been released and it would be great to update this file. Can someone do the modification please?

Please note that the URL is slightly different than for previous versions because the groupId/artifactId was changed.
