Can someone help out here? The RPPS-War comes with a context.xml that points to User.xml. However there is no User.xml available in SVN. Please point to any information that can help us author User.xml or suggest an alternative solution.

- Stack Trace
- User.xml - This file has a reference to the class that Tomcat is not able to find
- context.xml
I will appreciate if anyone can provide any pointers in resolving the errors.
