Title: Higgins downloads pages...a better idea

The original idea scheduled for M8: [282699] was to convert the components pages from wiki to PHP. But this was really just a means to allow us to get back our long-lost “build status” LEDs. 

Here’s another way to skin the cat:

• Leave the components pages alone (except remove the LEDs)
• Change [2] in the following ways:
  
  • Add in all of the missing components that didn’t build correctly, and put red LEDs on them (in the appropriate column).
  • Delete the text in the “Links” and “Downloads” sections (for now)--better to have nothing, then wrong/misleading text.
    

That’s it. We retain the components pages being easy-to-edit wikis. We have a page that shows ALL components and their build statuses [2]. Seems like a lot less effort to pull off and the result is pretty good.
