Hi Sergey,

done it, and got the same trace.
The log4j.properties includes:
log4j.logger.org.eclipse.higgins=trace

which is different from your suggestion (which did not include the 
"log4j." part).
Is this ok?

I think it is hardly probable, and almost sure the source code corresponds 

with jar file.

You need to copy log4j.properties to 
/webapps/RelyingPartyDemoApp2/WEB-INF/classes/log4j.properties and set 
logging level to TRACE:  logger.org.eclipse.higgins=trace
