Title: A new name for Higgins Web Proxy (please VOTE)

Is it a selector in the sense that it allows selection of a card and does the RST/RSTR dance with the STS, or is it just a card wallet that allows authN via OpenID and returns a card?

Markus created and checked in the Higgins Web Proxy [1]. Some of us would like to come up with a better name for it.
