[higgins-dev] Sign in to Google Apps with i-card via SAML2 IdP

Hello all,

At IIW2008b last week Google showed a few demos on how to sign in to
Google Apps (GMail, etc) with various advanced auth technologies. One
of those demos involved information cards and Higgins components. Here
are some videos:

If you're interested, you can try it yourself.. The scenario is this:

You just got hired by Parity. You will now receive a Parity i-card, as
well as a Google Apps account at <lastname>@parityapps.com.
Phase 1: Provisioning:
1. Go to https://rh157.azigo.net:8443/parityapps/parityIssuePage.do
2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name and Password (6 chars min)
3. You now get to a page where you can download your i-card (and a
selector, if you don't have one)

Phase 2: Sign in
1. Go to any of the Google Apps services at @parityapps.com, e.g.
mail.parityapps.com, calendar.parityapps.com, docs.parityapps.com, etc
2. You get redirected to the Parity Identity Provider (the Higgins
SAML2 IdP), which asks you for your Parity i-card.
3. You get redirected back to Google Apps. First time you do this, you
have to pass the CAPTCHA.
