[higgins-dev] support for devices in model

I attended the recent Higgins Developer's face to face meeting with  
several goals.  One was to discuss the proper way to deal with the  
identity of devices in the IdAS model.  There are use cases for  
devices and other related attributes, such as location and posture  
information.  The discussion around supporting devices was basically  
positive.

The method suggested to support devices is the same way a person is.   
That means make "device" a sub-class of Agent.  The point of this  
email is to open up the conversation to everyone and to see if anyone  
has another view on the way of supporting devices.
