[higgins-dev] Higgins 1.1 M4 milestone build update

Hi All - update on M4 status as we covered on Higgins Dev call today. 

Updates to STS for SOAP 1.2 and WSTrust 1.3 is ongoing. At this point we will move ahead and plan on doing an M4 build and then insert the STS updates once those are completed and we provide Higgins Dev with some time to do dependancy testing. 

Now that we are going to do M4 over next couple of days - there is one blocking issue that we need to fix before we do M4. I created a bugzilla ticket 251102.

Greg - assigned this blocking issue to you for - if you could work with Jim on this to get resolved that would be great.  I'll send out a separate email reply on the original email thread for more background refresh.  Once this is fixed, we will then do our M4 milestone build. 

Will update the Higgins-Dev as we work through this issue.
