[higgins-dev] Next Higgins component for Internationalization support

Hi All - as discussed on previous calls, David and Prakash have  
completed some initial Higgins component internationalization as noted

We are now looking for what the next Higgins component(s) would make  
sense to be next to go through the assessment and any necessary  
updates to support this initiative: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Internationalization_Support

Any volunteers interested in working on a specific Higgins component  
to support this or nominating a component they see has critical need  
to support this?
