[higgins-dev] Java Versions

Most of the other projects I deal with have moved to Java version 1.5 or later. Does anyone have references to documentation, statistics or requirements describing the real world? Do we know what percentage of deployers are using each version of Java? Do we have actual higgins end consumers who have said they require java 1.4.2?
