[higgins-dev] Higgins 1.1 M3 Build status - Tue 15-July

Hi All - quick update on next Higgins 1.1 milestone build (M3) status as summarized on the wiki page here. 

• Targeting 25-July-08 for this build date with end of business 23-July-08 ET as lock out deadline. 
• We currently have a 71 total tickets on the M3 list, 13 of which are marked as fixed as of today. Please review the items that are assigned to you and either mark as fixed if they are, move them to a future milestone if you know they will not be completed by 23-July-08 or leave them as is if you know you will be able to close them as fixed before M3 release date.
