[higgins-dev] Higgins 1.1 M2 release status

hi All - quick update. We are still working through some component  
(broken) build issues. Hope to get these resolved as quickly as  
possible in next day or so and then we can complete M2 release.

For those that have component build issues - please dive into these to  
resolve if you have not done so already.
