[higgins-dev] failed builds

I don't get it. idas.api says it's failing (on this page http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/ver2/downloadsnew.php?loc=downloads/idas.api), but I didn't get an email about it, and the logs show no failures.

Subsequently, many other projects are failing because they can't find the idas.api package.

Anyone know what's going on?
